Iris Hotel - Almaty

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Almaty. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Secondly, the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. I was able to easily walk to main streets and nice restaurants. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had double beds, which provided a great night's sleep. I especially loved the rooms with a balcony, as it allowed me to enjoy the beautiful views of the city. The excellent breakfast served in the morning was the perfect start to my day.

No significant flaws, everything was absolutely fine.

The hotel was next to independence monument and you can walk to Almaty Museum. The venue was conveniently located. There was free parking;))

The location of this hotel couldn't be better! Close to the main sights and with a bakery and shop just opposite. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet had a delicious dessert that we really enjoyed.

It was within walking distance from main streets and nice restaurants, making it convenient to explore the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were all there, and I particularly enjoyed having a room with a balcony. The highlight of my stay was the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel offers a convenient location close to the center and near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. the friendly staff speaks English, and room service is quick. the breakfast, although limited in options, provides a good start to the day.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be improved to block out any noticeable noise from adjacent rooms or hallways.

Great location, easy access to city areas, shopping, restaurants, and cafes. Friendly and helpful reception and restaurant staff. Cozy reception area. Good breakfast and food at Balcon American Café. Great room and WiFi.

Couldn't fault.

We enjoyed our recent city break at a hotel located in the heart of the city, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest metro station. The spacious rooms and modern bathrooms were equipped with all the necessary amenities. The balcony bar and restaurant offered a variety of options, including a delicious breakfast with friendly and helpful staff at hand.

Some aspects of the hotel did not meet our expectations. The soundproofing in the rooms was not up to standard, and the street noise was very noticeable.
